Secure Emailing

The secure emailing option that was implemented for eSuite has been extended to New World ERP approval, note and notification emails. ClosedView.

Going forward, the secure email fields in the eHR Email section of the page are usable for those who want to implement secure emailing functions such as user name and password, SMTP SSL/TLS or a separate email server port.

Note: If no changes are made on this page, emailing will continue to work out of New World ERP; however, the new email template format will be used.

From a technical standpoint, to send these emails out of New World ERP, the New World Logos Scheduling Service and New World Logos Notification Service are now used instead of the NWSAppService.

If your entity would like to skin the standard template for a different look or logo, directions follow the Closedtemplate examples.

If you would prefer to use a template or logo other than the default, or if you would prefer to create your own template or logo, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Windows Services on the application server.
  2. Stop the New World Logos Notification Service.

  3. Navigate to ..\New World Systems\New World ERP\Services\NotificationService\. All of the files (templates and logos) are available at this location.

    Note: Files in use should ALWAYS be named as NotificationLogo.jpg and NotificationTemplate.html.

  1. Copy the template or logo file you want to use to the appropriate file name shown in the note above or create your own template and logo.
  2. Restart the New World Logos Notification Service.
